I’m a diversity, equity, and inclusion consultant, currently working as Human Resources Manager at Knot Springs in Portland, Oregon.

I specialize in change management, hospitality, facilitation, cultural analysis, recruitment and strategic planning. Deep experience in hospitality management informs my approach in service leadership and team building.
